Overview & who we are

Quadex Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Quadex", "we", "us" or "our") is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy in connection with quadextech.com (the "Site").

Registered office: B1 Akash Flats, Sengalani Amman Kovil Street, Narayanapuram, Pallikaranai, Chennai – 600100, India.

This Policy is written to meet the requirements of the GDPR for visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, and reflects generally accepted privacy practices for all other visitors, wherever they are located.

Quadex does not have a physical establishment in the European Union. Where GDPR requires us to designate an EU representative under Article 27, we will name that representative here once appointed; until then, please direct any EU/UK data protection enquiry to corporate@quadextech.com and we will respond as though such a representative were in place.

Data we collect

Information you give us

When you use the contact form on this Site, we ask for your full name, work email address, company name, the service you're interested in, and any project details you choose to share. This information is sent directly by email to corporate@quadextech.com — we do not currently pass contact-form submissions through any third-party form-processing service.

Information collected automatically

Once you've consented via the cookie banner, Google Analytics collects: an IP address (truncated/anonymized before storage); device, browser and operating system type; pages viewed and time spent on the Site; the referring website or search terms that brought you here; and an approximate location derived from your IP address. See Cookies & Analytics below for details and how to withdraw consent.

Information from other sources

We don't purchase or receive personal data about you from data brokers or other third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies & analytics

Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We use two categories on this Site:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function, such as remembering your cookie consent choice. These don't require consent under GDPR/ePrivacy rules and can't be switched off.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — help us understand aggregate traffic and usage patterns. These are only set once you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner.

We use Google's Consent Mode, so Google Analytics does not set analytics cookies or send analytics data until you've explicitly consented. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's cookies and site data for quadextech.com, which will cause the consent banner to reappear on your next visit. Google LLC processes this data as our processor; where that involves transferring data outside the EEA/UK, it does so under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. See Google's own privacy policy for more detail on how it handles this data.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies at this time.

Sharing your data & international transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only in the following circumstances:

  • Google LLC (Google Analytics) — processes analytics data as described above, once you've consented.
  • Our web hosting provider — stores the Site's files and basic server logs (e.g. IP address, request timestamp) needed to serve the Site and maintain security.
  • Where required by law — if we're required to disclose information to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

Quadex serves clients across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and some of the processors above are located outside the European Economic Area — including the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA/UK, we rely on adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, as applicable, so that your data continues to receive an equivalent level of protection.

How long we keep your data

Contact form enquiries: we retain the resulting email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of our business relationship, and no longer than 36 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal, accounting or tax obligation.

Analytics data: Google Analytics retains user-level data for 14 months from your last visit, after which it is automatically deleted, in line with our GA4 configuration.

Our legal basis for processing

We rely on the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to respond to enquiries you send us, and to keep the Site secure and functioning, weighed against your rights and interests.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where we must retain or disclose data to comply with the law.

We do not use your personal data for any automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Your rights

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to certain exceptions.
  • Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.
  • Portability — receive the data you've provided us in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
  • Lodge a complaint — with your local data protection supervisory authority, wherever you believe an infringement has occurred.

To exercise any of these rights, email corporate@quadextech.com with the subject line "Data Protection Request." We will respond within one month, as required by GDPR Article 12(3), extendable by two further months for complex requests — we'll let you know if that's needed.

How we protect your data

We use industry-standard measures to protect the data we hold, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, access controls restricting who at Quadex can view contact-form submissions, and working only with reputable, security-conscious hosting and analytics providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data appropriately protected.

Children's privacy

This Site is directed at business audiences and is not intended for, and does not knowingly collect personal data from, children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at corporate@quadextech.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, to reflect a new tool we start using on the Site. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and where changes are material, we'll take reasonable steps to make that clear to returning visitors.

This policy is intended as a genuine, working GDPR privacy notice for quadextech.com. As with any legal document, we recommend a qualified data protection lawyer review it against your final analytics/tooling setup before it governs live traffic.
